Citrus Grove Catering Order

Orders must be placed five (5) full working days prior to an event. Please do not use this worksheet if your event is less than five (5) working days from today. To inquire about the possibility of receiving last-minute service, call Citrus Grove Catering at (951) 827-7279.

If adjustments need to be made to an existing order; do not submit a new worksheet. Instead, please call our office at the above number to make adjustments as necessary.

University Departments that purchase products and services from Citrus Grove Catering must comply with Policy and Procedure #200-44 Entertainment; your signature indicates you have read the policy and have authority or permission to place this order.

Pick Up
Not available for hot food service. Orders will be packaged in eco-friendly disposable conntainers with all necessary utensils for service. Available for pick-up in our facility.		N/A

Drop Off
Not available for hot food service. Orders will be packaged in eco-friendly disposable containers with all necessary utensils for service and dropped off at the campus location of choice.		$25 delivery fee

Deliver/Set Up
Not available for hot food service. Orders will be packaged in eco-friendly disposable containers with all necessary utensils for service. A Citrus Grove Catering Team Member will deliver and set up your order.		$40 delivery fee

Set up/Tear down
Orders will be delivered and expertly arranged buffet style by Citrus Grove Catering Team Members. Linen, décor, eco-friendly paper goods and service utensils will be provided; a team member will retrieve items after the event is over. Additional staff is recommended for larger events, see rates.		18% delivery fee or $40, whichever is greater , optional china at $2.50 per person

Plated Preset
Not available for hot food service. Orders will be individually plated and placed on expertly set tables. Linen, décor, eco-friendly paper goods and service utensils will be provided; a team member will retrieve items after the event.		18% delivery fee or $40, whichever is greater , optional china at $2.50 per person

Full Service
Our full service package includes china, glassware & linen. Also includes set up, 2 hours of service & breakdown of the event. This package is intended for large, served meals & receptions. Bartender service is an additional cost.		10% service fee, 18% delivery fee, $3 per mile if off campus
